More than a decade ago, a vision was set in motion to transform Park Forest Pool into the central gathering place for our community. In 2022, that vision took a major step forward with the construction of our brand-new pool, which opened Memorial Day Weekend 2023. Expanded by 33%, it stands today as a testament to the generosity of nearly 80 families—representing more than 65% of our membership at the time, whose names are now permanently cemented into its foundation.

But that was only Phase 1.

Now, it’s time for the next big step: The Clubhouse, aka, The Pavilion.

This exciting addition will be a versatile indoor-outdoor space, thoughtfully designed to meet the growing needs of Park Forest. With more than 3,000 covered square feet, the Pavilion will transform the property into a true year-round destination hosting celebrations like birthday parties, Super Bowl gatherings, graduations, progressive dinners, weddings, and countless everyday moments spent connecting with friends and neighbors.

It’s more than a structure; it’s a place where memories will be made for generations.

Additional benefits of the project include modern restroom facilities and expanded covered areas that will greatly enhance the summer pool experience. The plan also includes paved parking, ensuring we fully maximize the property’s footprint and accessibility.

This is an ambitious project, but we know what this community is capable of.

At approximately 9:30 PM, we’ll host a live auction where you can secure your commitment to this project, whether through a full contribution or an initial pledge.

We understand that giving looks different for everyone. That’s why commitment cards will be available, along with flexible payment plans of up to 24 months, making participation accessible to all.
